Former Trump campaign advisor Roger Stone posted a photo on Instagram of Judge Amy Berman Jackson with crosshairs next to her head.
“Got a notification for another Roger Stone Instagram post,” Yashar Ali said on Twitter.
The photo has been taken down and was replaced with another photo of the judge without the crosshairs, but a few minutes after, that photo was taken down as well.
Roger Stone has filed a notice of apology with the US District Court in DC apologizing for the Instagram post of Judge Amy Berman Jackson.
Stone was arrested last month at his home in Fort Lauderdale by the FBI for lying to congress and obstruction of justice. He was released on a $250,000 bond.
Berman Jackson issued a gag order on Roger Stone that prohibits him or his attorneys from discussing the case with the public or news media.
