The performer of the key role in the adaptation of the DC graphic novel “Black Adam” Dwayne Johnson announced when the project will be on the screens. On his page on Instagram, he presented a short video, in which you can notice the billboards – they can see the symbolism of the picture and the premiere date. Apparently, the film adaptation will be released on July 29 next year.
“A destructive and unintelligent global force is encapsulated in this message directly from the man in black,” Johnson’s commentary states. It’s worth noting that the film was originally expected this December, with filming set to begin last spring. In the end, the pandemic disrupted these plans.
According to the actor, the project was planned more than ten years ago, but he, as before, treated it with considerable enthusiasm. “We started discussing the picture back in 2008, and it required patience from all of us and our partners. I’ve become a different person and actor in that period. I am not the same as I was then, “- said the filmmaker. There is no information about the film’s cast yet.
